Mr. Klema is the Chief Financial Officer of Housey Pharma and related companies including Housey Healthcare, Inc.  Mr. Klema is responsible for the accounting, finance, business development, and other administrative activities of the Housey entities.  Mr. Klema was Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of a publicly traded life science company, Rockwell Medical, Inc. for 19 years and was involved in FDA approval of three new drug applications and one abbreviated new drug application.  He was a Vice President and held a variety of management and leadership roles at chemical specialty leader Diversey Lever for 17 years.

He received his MBA in Finance & a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Michigan State University.  He achieved the CPA designation, and has audit experience at a national accounting firm.
